Common questions
Do I need a licence to ride a PEDALEBIKE?
No. Our bikes are EAPCs limited to 250W and 15.5 mph assisted speed.
How much is the deposit?
The refundable deposit is £100.
Can I rent weekly?
Weekly plans are available on the FT and MB. The EC is monthly only.
Do you include maintenance?
Routine maintenance and servicing covered by the rental agreement are included.
Can I use the bike for delivery work?
Yes. The MB and FT are popular with delivery riders.
Where do I collect?
Ilford Garage, 141 St Mary's Road, Ilford IG1 1QY.
How do I return the bike?
Give the notice required by your agreement and return the bike to Ilford.
Is insurance included?
The rental covers the bike and routine maintenance. Separate insurance is your responsibility.
