Visit Ilford Garage, inspect the bike and complete the agreement.

Use the bike for work or everyday journeys, then give return notice.

Before you apply

You must be at least 21 and hold the identity documents requested. You will need a payment method for the rental and deposit.

Our team will check the bike, explain the controls and record its condition. Ask questions before you leave.

Keep the bike secure, use the charger supplied and report faults promptly. Routine maintenance is handled by our workshop.

Give the notice required by your agreement, return the bike and all supplied equipment to Ilford and allow us to inspect it.
