What the price covers
Your rental includes the bike and routine maintenance by our workshop, battery health checks, GPS tracking and support from the Ilford team.
Monthly vs weekly
Monthly plans are the best value if you ride regularly. Weekly plans are useful for short-term work, a trial or a temporary need. Weekly plans are available on the FT and MB.
Payment and deposit
Payment is handled securely through the PEDALEBIKE app. The £100 deposit is held against the rental and dealt with under the refund policy when you return the bike.
