Refund Policy
1. Reservation fee
A reservation fee is paid to secure your place in the waiting list. This fee becomes your refundable deposit when you collect your bike.
2. Deposit refund on return
Your deposit is refunded when you return the bike, minus any damage charges and missing-accessory fees. If you end your contract before completing the agreed commitment period (1, 3, or 6 months), your deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee. Monthly rental payments are non-refundable.
3. Missed collection and 30-day collection limit
If you are called for collection and do not collect within the collection window, your reservation will be returned to the waiting list at position 2 if there are other customers waiting for the same bike type. If no other customer is waiting, you will remain in the called-for-collection stage and the collection window will reset for a further 2 working days.
Each day you spend in the called-for-collection stage counts towards a 30-day collection limit across repeated attempts. Time spent on the waiting list does not count towards this limit.
We will alert you when you have 5 called-for-collection days remaining (25 of the 30 days used). If you reach 30 called-for-collection days without collecting, your reservation will be cancelled and your reservation fee/deposit will be forfeited.
This 30-day collection limit is separate from the cancellation rule below. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of paying the fee remains non-refundable; after 30 days from payment you may request a refund of the fee.
4. Cancellation
If you cancel your reservation before the refund eligibility date, the reservation fee is forfeited. After 30 days from your deposit payment, you may request a refund of the fee.
5. Damage
Any damage or missing accessories are deducted from your refundable deposit. You remain responsible for any charges exceeding the deposit.
6. Payments
Monthly rental payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
